Sedan några år har ett nytt fenomen uppstått i brukarrörelsens samverkan med psykiatrin. Inspirationen är främst hämtad från Holland och några anglosaxiska länder, och det handlar om en sorts kamratstöd, benämnt ” peer support ”, inbäddat i den psykiatriska verksamheten. Peer supporters receive peer support training, run by our Peer Support Medical Director in collaboration with colleagues in the department of Psychiatry.
